My registrar blocked the transfer because I did not pay the transfer fee.
I tried to retrieve the auth-code from my control panel.
I already tried to unlock the domain name myself.
投诉文（案例，请自行修改）： Hello i want to transfer out my domain from JIANGSU BANGNING SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD (www.55hl.com). But they didn’t give me the transfer code. I contacted with my current register.But they said i need contact the reseller . I contacted the reseller of 55hl.com. But he Rejected my request .He said i need pay 50 CNY to get the transfer code. I told him the rule of ICANN .It’s Violation the rule. But he Rejected contact with me from that day.I need ICANN’S help . ICANN please Punish profiteers. Thank you.
